"Digital Media - A Bridge to Inclusion" partner is the Erasmus + project of Croatia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Finland and the United Kingdom to develop a training program for adult and young marginalized adults to develop the key digital competences and knowledge needed today labor market.
Together with our foreign partners, we have recognized the fact that digital media is an excellent way of transferring knowledge and developing key competencies, especially in marginalized groups of society. Out-institutional education in adult education, but also young people, has become an effective way of acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies, and as support for institutional education can significantly contribute to strengthening the knowledge that is required in the modern labor market.
A kick-off partner meeting was held at the beginning of November in the Callidus education and the project will focus on the personal development of young people and the inclusion of marginalized persons for whom formal education failed. As part of this project, all project partners will work with educators for adults and with communities in the education sector by providing them training in order to build their skills as educators. Also, within the project partner organization DIME will provide a number of innovative resources that teachers can use in their work with marginalized young people.
