The topics of education were varied, and the education was tailored to the individual needs of the participants.
During the two-day educational program, unemployed people had the opportunity to acquire innovative digital competencies such as:

- Communication on the Internet
- Cash Transactions and Online Payments
- Using data storage and sharing services (cloud)
- Online security
- Using the Microsoft Office suite
- Use and manage an e-mail.
The education was carried out by Callidus educated coaches and mentors who have previously completed the training for this activity under this Erasmus project and are in charge of implementing the education and sustainability of the Project. Callidus coaches, mentors and attendees are satisfied with this workshop, aimed at strengthening the basic IT skills and digital competencies.
