Our experience
Since 2009 Callidus has completed or is running 48+ EU and internationally co-financed projects, seven of them as coordinator. Over these years we have built strong expertise in project management and take an active part in the strategic planning, operational development and delivery of projects financed through Erasmus+, ESF, Interreg, ADA, IPA, the EEA and Norway Grants and the World Bank, both as partner and as lead organisation.
Our strength lies in building and coordinating project partnerships and involving the right stakeholders. Through projects worth more than 15 million euros, and in cooperation with more than 300 experts from Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Türkiye, Spain, the Czech Republic, Greece and Italy, we develop training programmes for adults and young people, focused on the competences today's labour market needs.

Can Callidus be a partner in an Erasmus+ project?
Yes. Callidus is a nationally accredited adult education institution based in Zagreb, Croatia, and has been a partner in 26 Erasmus+ projects since 2014, two of them as coordinator.
What roles does Callidus take in a project?
We work as coordinator, partner or specialist subcontractor. Most often we lead curriculum and training development, pilot the training with adult learners and teachers, take care of quality assurance and run dissemination in Croatia.
